In order to provide suitable sites and buildings for relocation and expansion projects, the TEDC manages a the Tyler Industrial/Business Park, a 120-acre Bioscience Park, and maintains very close relationships with area brokers who also market industrial/commercial real estate throughout the Tyler MSA/Smith County Region.
