SUBMIT BUILDING OR SITE

The TEDC will add your building or site if it meets the following requirements:


BUILDING REQUIREMENTS

		Must be located within Smith County
		Building must be a minimum of 5,000 contiguous available square feet
		Primary use of building should be for manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or medium to large office
		Buildings for residential or small retail use will not be accepted

If your building meets these requirements, please download the following building form and fax it to (903) 597-0699. Additonally, if you have any pictures, floor plans, aerial photos, or other documents or images that would be helpful to provide to our clients, please send these to:
