Brookshire Grocery Company is a regional family-owned grocery business that employs more than 17,000 individuals throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. The company operates more than 200 stores under the Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, FRESH by Brookshire’s, Spring Market and Reasor’s banners, along with three distribution centers and two corporate offices. The company’s tradition of outstanding service was instilled by the founder, W.T. Brookshire, who set the bar on customer service and established a people-first mindset.

BGC Racing

Brookshire's Grocery Company hosts two races per year, Fresh 15 and Heroes Run.

Fresh 15 began as a way to inspire community members and BGC employees to live healthy and active lifestyles. One hundred percent of proceeds from the Fresh 15 race are donated back into local non-profit organizations.

Heroes Run began as a way to honor and raise money for local first responders and military heroes. As a result, 100% of its profits are donated to the heroes in their community. To date, the event has raised over $1,000,000 for local heroes.
